Shipping policy
Processing Times:
All orders are handmade, blessed, and prepared with intention. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. During restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 8-15 business days.
Custom spell work, ritual oils, or made-to-order items may require additional time.
Shipping Times:
Once shipped, delivery usually takes
- USPS First Class: 3-7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. The Cozy Coven is not responsible for carrier delays.
Order Tracking:
You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
The Cozy Coven is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked "delivered" by carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can assist you.
Wrong Address Policy:
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, The Cozy Coven cannot reroute or replace packages sent to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping Policy
The Cozy Coven ships to select international destinations including Canada, and the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
The Cozy Coven is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or inspections.
