Refund policy
Due to the nature of spiritual, ritual, and handcrafted products, returns are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
Exchanges
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, exchanges are not offered. Because many of our products include oils, herbs, botanicals, and ritual ingredients, we cannot guarantee that a product has not been open or used once it leaves or possession. For this reason, all product sales are considered final.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring the product is safe for your personal use. All products are intended for external spiritual use only and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to custom duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees depending on the destination country. These changes are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. The Cozy Coven is not responsible for custom delays, import restrictions, or rejected packages due to the destination country's regulations.
